Shipping physical pieces

US shipping is $5 per order for physical pieces. I mail finished knitwear by USPS within three business days of your order, with estimated delivery within seven days of ordering.

For international shipping options, please contact me before ordering.

Returns: physical art pieces

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or have a genuine construction fault. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.

Each piece is handmade. Natural variations in texture, color, stitching, and shape are part of the work and are not defects. Please review the photographs, description, and measurements before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged or you discover a genuine construction fault, email lifeisnow11@me.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs so I can review it and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact me before returning an item.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads, including patterns, are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have trouble accessing your file, please contact lifeisnow11@me.com for help.
